Dr. Richman is a board certified pediatrician who has been in private practice since 1992.
She received her BA in biochemistry from Douglass College at Rutgers University where she graduated with honors in 1984. Dr. Richman then attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and received her doctorate in medicine in 1988. Her pediatric residency training was completed at the Medical Center of Delaware (a teaching affiliate of Jefferson Medical College) in 1991.
She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Her hospital privileges are at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg Virginia.
Dr. Richman is married and has 2 children, 2 dogs, and a pony. She enjoys sewing, reading, crafty things, pinterest and cooking.

Caroline Conneen is a certified family nurse practitioner and enjoys being a part of KidsChoice.
Since graduating with a Masters in Family Health Nursing from VCU in 1999, she has worked in both pediatric and family practice office settings.
She is also a certified lactation consultant, practicing in the hospital setting as well as privately. Prior to that, she was a clinical dietitian and public health nutritionist specializing in pediatrics. She has taught classes for the community, written numerous educational handouts, and leads a weekly group for mothers and babies. She is passionate about helping new families get off to a great start.
Her favorite job besides helping parents raise healthy happy kids, is being a mom and new grandmother.

Jody has been a Registered nurse for 21yrs. She graduated from theUniversity of Virginia (UVA) in 2016 with her MSN with a concentration as aPediatric Nurse Practitioner.
She is a licensed Nurse practitioner with many years of experience ETC. She has many years neonataland pediatric experience and continues to be actively involved with theNeonatal Emergency Transport Team (NETS) at UVA. Jody has served as a clinical instructor for the Uva BSN undergraduates as a pediatric clinical instructor.
She was recently accepted and will be attending Johns Hopkins University in the fall pursuing her Post Masters Acute Care Pediatric NP.
Jody’s professional interests are in neonatal and pediatric pain management, ensuring a healthy start for newborns and families, and pediatric yearly preventative health maintenance.
Jody is married to her husband Robert and has two boys Josh and Gabe. She enjoys spending timewith her family and friends. She enjoys playing music, singing and reading.
