Suzanne Richman

Dr. Richman is a board certified pediatrician who has been in private practice since 1992.


She received her BA in biochemistry from Douglass College at Rutgers University where she graduated with honors in 1984. Dr. Richman then attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and received her doctorate in medicine in 1988. Her pediatric residency training was completed at the Medical Center of Delaware (a teaching affiliate of Jefferson Medical College) in 1991.


She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Her hospital privileges are at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg Virginia.


Dr. Richman is married and has 2 children, 2 dogs, and a pony. She enjoys sewing, reading, crafty things, pinterest and cooking.

Deborah Hawley

Debbie Hawley is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is excited to be a part of the KidsChoice team.

Debbie comes with 21 years nursing experience. She received her MS, FNP from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2016 and has NP experience with Family and Pediatric clinics in King George, Westmoreland and Stafford.

Debbie is passionate about children’s health, wellness and prevention and is glad to be in a practice that ensures patients have access to high quality care.

She also has a passion to provide healthcare for the indigent populations in the U.S. and abroad. She has served on numerous medical mission trips from Guatemala to Niger, Africa and currently volunteers at Guadalupe Free Clinic in Colonial Beach, VA.  “Being able to show love by lending a hand to those in need truly warms my heart and gives my life a greater purpose.”

When Debbie is not working and volunteering she can be found spending time with her husband, daughter and granddaughters.  She also enjoys gardening, tending to her horse, goats, and great dane puppy, cooking, reading and travelling.
